Who we are

Continental Consultants (Ghana) Ltd. is a leading management consulting firm in Ghana with over three decades of experience in the Sub -Saharan African region. Since 1991 we have been delivering world class services to governments, private and public sector institutions, development partners, non-governmental organizations and civil society organizations in the areas of public sector reforms, human capital development, project management, entrepreneurial and business advisory services and financial and national economic management. We regard ourselves as a “BOUTIQUE” in the industry and in that this context have a few core and highly qualified staff supported by a carefully selected associate staff on when in need basis.

Public Sector Reforms

Our key practice areas cover design of national public sector reform programmes and strategies; design of public sector governance and regulatory frameworks; design of public sector performance management systems; institutional and functional reviews hinging mostly on functional rationalization, organizational design and development – including alignment of vision, mission, organizational structures, staffing and systems, backed by a change management plan which support the implementation of staff and institutional capacity development plans.

Human Resources Management

Our key practice areas cover institutional/organizational manpower planning including staff rationalization; Job analysis - the process of gathering and analysing information about the content and requirements of a job; Job evaluation - the process of determining the relative worth of different jobs within an organization; development of scheme of services, benefits and compensation systems; design of performance management systems; design of training plans and delivery of in-house and ex-house training programmes for both public and private sector entities.

Project Management

Our key practice areas cover design of projects and programmes – including costing and risk assessments; conducting of project impact assessments through large scale field surveys; preparation of project completion reports; design of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for project / programme implementation interventions. Our key practice areas cover conducting  surveys to assess the impact of project interventions; conducting benefit cost analysis and conducting research to inform the evaluation of socio economic policy options.

Yaw Adu-Boahene

Managing Director, Strategy & Organisation, Financial,
Economic & Project Management Lead

Yaw, a former university lecturer in strategy, organization and finance to MBA students in University of Nairobi, Kenya; a Senior Financial Consultant / Chairman of Consultancy programmes at the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), Arusha, Tanzania and a USAID/World Bank Technical Assistance Decentralized Fiscal Systems Advisor to the Government of Lesotho has over 30 years extensive sub-Saharan consulting experience in Strategy and Organization, Financial / National Economic Management and Project Management. Yaw has consulted for Governments and several international organizations including The World Bank, ECA, UNDP, WHO, DfID, JICA, GTZ and others including The African Union Commission where he was a very key technical person in the preparation and AU Agenda 2063; and led the preparation of its First Ten Year Implementation Plan and its associated monitoring and evaluation framework


Linda Poku Adu (Mrs)

Linda has over 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant with expertise in these areas amongst others strategic reviews; institutional reviews/redesign; human resources management, process facilitation/stakeholder’s consultations and capacity building. She has worked in a number of countries within the Sub–Sahara African region.


Dr. K Addai Donkor

Kwasi is a Management Consultant and Supply Change Management Specialist with over 16 years of experience in consulting for both public and private sector institutions. He has over the years-built expertise in organizational reviews, human resources development, capacity building and public sector procurement. He also lectures in a number of universities in the country.


Augustina Osei Ms.

Consultant Data and Business Analytics

Augustina is well versed in the collation, analysis and reporting of data for various purposes. She has done this for well over seven years and for a number of economic sectors – agriculture, rural enterprises and some financial markets to name a few. She was as an intern at the Ghana Stock Exchange and the African Development Bank, Abidjan.
